A very warm welcome awaits you in our 13th Century, Grade I listed church, situated within Buxted Park. Steeped in history, with a Yew tree aged over 2000 years old in the churchyard, Hogge House nearby where the first cannon was cast, our historical church has much to see and do.
Our style of worship can best be described as middle-of-the-road Anglican. Our services are 8am and 10am on Sundays with a mixture of Matins, family services and Eucharists and 10am on Thursdays with a said Eucharist. Everybody is welcome at any of these services. We also have a Sunday club and a Creche. In the meantime you are invited to visit us and worship with us and stay for coffee and a chat.

A very warm welcome awaits you in St Mary's Church, which is firmly rooted in the Anglo-Catholic tradition. Built in the 1880s by Fr. Wagner, the architect of many of the fine churches in Brighton, as a country church and retreat for his family and himself as well as the villagers. The church has strong links with Walsingham and indeed our very own 'Walsingham' chapel was built on the same dimensions as the Holy House in Walsingham, Norfolk.
Our rural church is worth a visit and we welcome other Walsingham cells to come and pray at our church and shrine, the once termed 'Nazareth of Sussex'
